Meet Timothy B. Welch, MD, DDS

Dr Tim Welch

Dr. Welch was the youngest of six boys born in an eight-year span to honest, hard working parents. From the start, he had an innate love for people and for work of any kind.  Starting as a newspaper boy and earning a trip to the governor’s office as “newspaper boy of the year”, he never looked back.  Lawn mower, swim instructor, construction grunt, house painter, tuck pointer, banquet waiter and doorman were all titles he held as he progressed through 17 years of education after high school.   Today, his life revolves around taking terrific care of his patients, being the husband of his incredible wife Judi, and the father of his four beloved children.  In his spare time, he is known to sneak in a bike ride, a game of golf, tennis and basketball.

Dr. Welch is trained as both a physician and a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

Dr. Welch is trained as both an MD with an internship in general surgery and as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His unique and extensive blend of education and training benefits patients by combining the functional and cosmetic aspects of surgical care. In addition, Dr. Welch has authored and co-authored more than 30 scientific presentations and has been an assistant professor at Loma Linda University Medical Center and at Oregon Health Sciences University.

He is a supportive husband and proud father of four delightful children.   He enjoys seeing people succeed and reaching their full potential and provides mentoring support in many areas of his work.
